NZ Hops' Bract Brewing Programme has done it again! NZH-109 is an experimental hop variety bred as a triploid selection from some highly esteemed varieties from around the globe, and we're blown away by its potency and sophistication.
We've paired it with Citra to accentuate its explosive citrus flavour - succulent tangerine, mandarin oil and vibrant finger lime are boosted with a punch of passionfruit and the energising zing of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, supported by complex notes of cantaloupe, grape and a twist of pepper.
