We love a good DIPA at Carnival. Following Carmen Carmen, we've brewed up a brand new hefty DIPA base beer and hit it with one of the most exciting dry hop combos we could get our hands on. Hop Revolution are a hop grower in New Zealand and we've used their NZ Revolution blend to dry hop this beer. The blend contains Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, Pacific Sunrise and Riwaka; an epic mob of tropical, citrus and stonefruit flavours and aromas.

We first started Carnival in a kitchen in Liverpool after a fundraising event at the Clearview Carnival, 2017. It is where we met and started the journey of Carnival Brewing Company over a love of music and beer.
