Sometimes you’ve just gotta go big and decadent. We love letting our hair loose here at Polly’s HQ and going big on a beer.
The aptly named Wallow – literally to indulge in something in an unrestrained way – is our brew team going completely free rein on a style that we believe is truly nailed down here at the brewery, the double IPA.
A celebration of where we’ve come from – kicking out those hop forward pales and IPAs in the old stable, where we are currently, and where we’re going in the future, this beer features a simple two hop lineup as an homage to our Originals range, but pushes the 25g/l mark in terms of intensity – completely and fully Augment! Hitting big with huge dry-hop additions of Mosaic and Sabro, pulling every last drop of those incredible coconut, mango, lime, and papaya notes, before finishing with a mellow bitterness at the end.
