Mount St. Bernard Abbey, located in Leicestershire, England, is the only Trappist monastery in the UK and the first to produce a Trappist ale. The monks' Tynt Meadow beer is brewed using natural ingredients and traditional methods, including open fermentation and bottle conditioning. The result is a rich, complex, and smooth beer with notes of caramel, dark fruit, and spice.
