Summer has definitely landed in this tiny corner of North East Wales and we’re in a summery kinda mood. What makes the perfect summer beer though? A pale ale hefty enough to carry its own weight but smashable enough to have in pints? Check. Leaning towards the tropical fruit juice side of things? You’d better believe it. A sneaky pyramid dry-hop charge thrown in for good measure? Well the sun brings out the best in us. Tidal Tempo brings a trio of cascading cold side additions in El Dorado, Mosaic, and Simcoe to bring a distinctly fresh-squeezed juice vibe to the party. A punchbowl of tangerine, blueberry, peach and citrus fruit notes are at play here, offsetting a whisper of bitterness from our whirlpool addition of El Dorado on the hot side of things. Perfect for supping in the sun.
