After what has felt like an eternity, things are slowly starting to come back to normal, and with that, we can once again share good times in the pub with mates. With all of our staff here at Polly's being ex-hospitality in some manner, we wanted to brew a beer specifically for pubs to celebrate their return, and the wonderful staff that are busting themselves to keep you safe in this new normal. This is Why I Love You keeps everything simple - a reeled back, West Coast pale ale, generously hopped with Chinook and Amarillo for old school piney bite, perfect for sessioning.
