Our take on the classic hazy pale ale: soft, fluffy, and effortlessly drinkable, bursting with vibrant tropical and citrus character. Generously dry-hopped with Citra Hyperboost, El Dorado, and Nectaron. It’s saturated with notes of ripe mango, pineapple candy, juicy peach, and zesty citrus. Fermented with our expressive kveik yeast, it gains an extra layer of bright tropical fruit, making every sip refreshing and full of life.

HOLY GOAT -
Holy Goat is a Dundee based brewery specialising in the production of mixed- fermentation and wood aged beers.
We have taken an unconventional approach to yeast and fermentation, opting for a proprietary method that utilises Brettanomyces yeast for long maturation times (typically 3-4 months) to produce unique, complex, full-flavoured sour beer.
Mixed fermentation refers to the use of unconventional yeasts and bacteria in brewing, which allows production of beers with unique character. We are driven by experimentation and are obsessed with the awesome flavours which can be achieved from mixed-culture fermentations.
Inspired by tradition, we also seek to pay homage to our brewing forbears, mixing old and new techniques with the highest quality ingredients to produce complex, interesting and (most importantly) tasty beer!
The breweries name references the tongue-in-cheek description of the ‘goat’ like qualities of wild yeast (Brettanomyces) characteristics. A reverence to this yeast and to the beers which display these characteristics is a strong part of the identity of the brewery.
