Souvenirs was a quiet, understated success when we first launched the second wave of Augment beers back in March. A four hop showcase of Citra, Mosaic, El Dorado and Ekuanot is backed up by a malt bill heavy on the oats and wheat for an IPA that is a full bodied all out flavour explosion of a beer. With a tropical punch bowl of mango, pineapple, papaya and passionfruit from El Dorado and Mosaic, before being reeled in by the citrus, eucalyptus and herbal notes of Citra and Ekuanot, Souvenirs is a takehome of everything we've learned in 2019.
