You go full Polly’s hog and create a full-on, maxed out, amped up modern hop-forward IPA that even before its release is being renowned in the brewhouse as one of the best beers we’ve ever brewed. With a hop bill representing three of the most renowned hop-producing countries on the planet, we’ve brought an all-US lineup of Idaho-7, Mosaic, Simcoe and Strata to create our most pillowy soft, juicy, and tropical IPA to date. Expect passionfruit sweetness, gooseberry zing, and soft peach notes a-plenty, backed up with just a whisper of citrus rind bitterness and dank cannabis smoke in this bulldozer of a beer.
