Our latest pale ale results from an exciting collaboration with Loughran Brewers Select – what an amazing opportunity! Using the best ingredients on the market, we decided to go with: Hops – Strata® – a unique variety developed by Indie Hops – with a lovely combo of passion fruit, strawberry, and grapefruit flavours. Yeast – Lallemand’s new yeast, LalBrew® Pomona™ – brings peach citrus and tropical fruits to the party. ISY Enhance™ by AB Vickers – for increased body, mouthfeel and drinkability!

The brewery began in 2020 with a 50-litre fermenter in a garden room. Their first release, Fruit Salad Waterfall, was quickly followed by Between Worlds, and rising demand led to the purchase of larger brewing equipment. Within a year, they aimed to expand into a dedicated unit. In a bold move, the founder sold their house to fund the venture. However, rising costs in ingredients, utilities, and rent made it clear that operating in a commercial space wasn’t sustainable.
Instead, they built a purpose-designed brewery in the garden of their new home, now equipped with four 300-litre fermenters and a 300-litre, three-vessel kit. A new website and web shop are launching soon, with updates on events and new beers shared via social media. Continued support means everything as they keep making good beer for great people.
