It's getting to be that time of year again; there's a chill in the air, nights are drawing in earlier, and fires are a-roaring. It's dark beer season man! We wanted to cook up a decadent dark beer perfect for those colder evenings, and now with Lally steering the ship, we wanted to give a little bit of a twist on our usual stout-put. Adding a lavish amount of raspberry brings a tartness to this stout, before being reeled back in by the vanilla addition to compliment the coffee and chocolate notes from the roasted barley. Decadent.
