Where would modern British beer be without the incredible work of the hop farmers of the US? Constantly innovating and cultivating the newest hype thing for us to utilise in our beers, we owe everything to these pioneers of the beer industry as we know it today. Wanting to celebrate the past, present and future of US hop varietals in a single beer, Remember the Love is the result. Purposely designing the four-layered pyramid dry hop in this beer in the order in which the varietals were released commercially - Simcoe comes first with a swagbag of hyper tropical notes, Citra is repping team old school bitterness, before Mosaic rocks up to the table with complex tangerine, berry and bubblegum notes, before Bru-1 rounds everything of with intense pineapple and green fruit flavours. Awesome.
