We keep saying it, but we’re incredibly lucky to be smack bang in the middle of Scotland’s soft fruit county. Our farm to fermenter series sees us getting the finest produce into our tanks in under 24 hours, but upon adding the raspberry to this Session Sour we realised the fruit was picked only three days before! Like a fresh punnet of pick your own - backed up by an oat-heavy sour base beer, this is a straight up Raspberry Pavlova in a bottle - delicious!
