Using 5 malts in this mash, this porter has layers upon layers of delightful flavour, complexity and depth. With a whole lotta cinder toffee, dark chocolate and also coffee at the forefront. In addition to all of these whirlpool of flavours, Pollys also added a generous 15kg of Galaxy hops, then adding some hearty Simcoe hops to keep everything in balance.
