We just can't help ourselves really. We've taken Mosaic for a spin on a single hopped Kveik DIPA, now it's the turn of another Polly's stalwart in Citra - say hello to Naive Melody. Named in honour of the Talking Heads song of the same name, this beer shares the same delicate aura as its namesake throughout - soft on the palate, but loaded to the nines with juicy citrus, peach, and lychee notes throughout. A beer that is a summation of all the techniques we've learned as a brewery in our short two and a half years, from that ramshackle stable to the (almost) sophisticated setup we have today, this scores a top Mark.
