POLLY'S BREW CO Midnight Love - 440ml

We’re pitting two neighbours against each other! Idaho 7 and Bru-1 one are big favourites here at Polly’s and with good reason. Back in 2015 Jackson Farms in Idaho were working with Sierra Nevada on a series of hop varietals to use in their beers, and the seventh submitted one really seemed to bridge the gap between tropical and citrus; with some striking melon, red berry, and most prominently, tangerine marmalade notes that blew them away. Concurrently Brulotte Farms, just a stone’s throw away in Washington were experimenting with open pollination, and in 2016 Bru-1 was born. A hop that has gained a cult status here at the brewery for its full on tropical explosion of freshly cut pineapple flavours, and with a characteristic for aiding haze stability, we love how it translates to our super-opaque IPAs. We’ve smashed these two incredible varietals together on Midnight Love - an IPA that is all about the mega-ripe, tropical juice.
