Now and then you’ve just got to look at a beer recipe on your brew plans and throw out the entire concept of nuance, complexity, and subtlety and just go for an all out banger of an IPA. When Less Reverb came up on our production schedule, we took this idea and ran with it - utilising only the freshest and most flavour-enriched crops of Mosaic, Simcoe and Strata we could possibly get our hands on to create the stickiest, juiciest, dankest IPA we possibly could. A hearty addition of Mosaic in the whirlpool acts as a fine balance to the cold side of this beer, with further Mosaic bringing sweaty mango, blueberry and bubblegum notes, before further stonefruit, pine and citrus notes join the party from Simcoe, before a final flourish of that incredible passionfruit meets pot dankness from everyone’s new favourite hype hop, Strata.
