If we’ve said it once, we’ve said it a thousand times – in a world of soupy, pulpy juicebombs, sometimes there ain’t nothing more relaxing than just a simple, clean, crisp pale ale. Coming off two years where everyone saturated themselves with release after release of ultra-high abv beers, we decided to go back to square one and create something a little more on the sessionable side of things; something that we can go back to again and again without having to worry about our heads the next morning. Featuring two hop varietals that have followed us every year of our existence in Citra and Simcoe, this beer bursts with the usual Polly’s checklist – tropical, juicy, and sweet vibes from Simcoe, but much more balanced and approachable thanks to the pithy citrus, orange peel and lemon notes brought to the table by Citra.

Since launching in early 2018 we have grown and adapted our setup to form a small but tight-knit team of ten running the day to day operations of the brewery.
Our motto is to never stop improving; we’re always learning and tweaking our beer designs to create the best beer we possibly can, packaged into only kegs and cans to optimise freshness and keep our beer tasting as fresh as it does from the source.
