A quiet little cult beer that maintains a steady flow of fans whenever we release it, Hello Euphoria encapsulates everything we love about brewing; a little homage to the old school with plenty of new school techniques sprinkled in for good measure. A dry-hop bill of Centennial, Citra and Mosaic leads the way on this super crushable beer, with Mosaic and Citra bringing all manner of juicy new school flavour profiles, backed up with some old school piney and grassy notes from Centennial. At 5.2% this is smashable enough to be knocking back in pints with pals to boot, best enjoyed in a pub sharing good times with good people.
