One of our favourite beers of last year from our now sadly departed Originals range was the phenomenal Azacca Mosaic DIPA. The super ripe tropical fruit punch batted off the mellow, but ever present bitterness in a wonderful display of harmony. We decided to supercharge the same beer, throw in some extra Simcoe and Centennial for a little added new school juice and old school bite, and lavish it with that Augment touch thanks to a trial yeast strain for insane amounts of suspension and mouthfeel. A DIPA a little more reserved on the ABV but no less reserved on intensity. Awesome.
