The Strata experiment rolls on! After introducing it to the Polly’s party in a single hop showcase, then pairing it up Polly’s classic Citra, we figured – why not bring another one of the lifeblood varietals that has been a constant throughout our existence? Step forward, Mosaic. Having worked with this hop since day one here at HQ, we really dig the idea of bringing those super ripe mango, tangerine and blueberry notes to pair up with those dank weed, passionfruit and strawberry aroma and flavour profiles so unique to Strata. With just a little bit of spice and herbal complexity on the end, and reeled back to a smashable 5.3%, this is a beer perfect for taking in that peak summer sun, and sharing good times with good people.

Since launching in early 2018 we have grown and adapted our setup to form a small but tight-knit team of ten running the day to day operations of the brewery.
