As the nights draw in Farm Yard Ales and Shindigger Brew Co get together again to bring you the second installment in our Sour Plower series. This time, we've added a mahoosive 900kgs of clementines to the fermentation, complimented by a light festive spicing thanks to a touch of cloves and also some star anise, finished off by the sharp twang from the kettle souring, it'll surely put some jingle in your sleigh bells.
