Above all else, wherever we find ourselves on our brewing journey, we're all about upping our game with the Augment range; constantly developing techniques and bettering our output with each release. Fallow Plans was our first foray into really pushing the limits of our then very-limited brew kit to see what it could do when we really nudged ourselves out of our comfort zone and it’s back once again for 2024. Named for a spot in our brew plans back with no beers to populate into, we are very much deliberate with this iteration. This beer is Team Polly's going all out on the hop and malt bill for a DIPA amplified up to eleven with generous lashings of Columbus, El Dorado, Simcoe and Mosaic. Featuring a shedload of tropical and sticky sticky dank hops, this is exactly where we want our big boy beers to be.
