Sometimes the bigger hop combinations just work - we realised it when we first brewed Rosa back in 2019 and we keep realising to the present day as we have done with Exit Strategies. By no means the most complex hop bill we’ve ever constructed at four different varieties, but certainly one where all the components just work in perfect harmony with one another - we’ve utilised a tried and trusted pairing of Citra and Mosaic, with a hearty lashing of New Zealand titan Motueka before a final flourish of the often under-appreciated Ekuanot. Hot side additions of Citra and Ekuanot set us up here with a pithy citrus bitterness backed up with that sage complexity, before cold side additions of Motueka, Mosaic and even more Citra bring those soft, juicy flavours that make our beers so highly sought after.
