Taking a look at the remaining hops for the year, we wanted our last DIPA release of 2019 to be an absolute monster, and boy have we achieved our goal. A four hop showcase of Enigma, Galaxy, Citra and Mosaic for maximum juice and dank, dank hop notes, treated with the slightest helping of lactose in the boil for a touch of sweetness to boot, this DIPA is peak Polly's decadence. Named for an argument in the brewery as to whether Leo is still dreaming or not at the end of Inception (he definitely is by the way), 2019, we're seeing you out well.
