We have been in love with Mosaic hops ever since we got our hands on them in 2013. We use them in lots of our beers often alongside other hops, but for Domino Topple we wanted to keep it all about the Mosaic. Apart from a touch of Magnum for bittering, it is a Mosaic solo show, to showcase its dank, ripe strawberry juiciness.
