“Something really sour, and with Scottish fruit” Kim said to us when we started planning our collaboration. We both wanted a punchy beer with a strong punchline - and that’s exactly how Cowboy Canned Laughter was born.
Following our original Canned Laughter collab with Ed Gamble, our latest sour in the series takes inspiration from ‘Cowboy’, Kim’s Edinburgh Fringe show; an ode to ‘winging it’ and doing your best to make sense of it all. Both concepts which feel right at home for team Vault City.
This beer is packed to the brim with juicy fresh fruit flavour combining blueberries, honeyberries, vanilla and zesty lemon to leave you grinning after every sip.
