Our staff-designed beers are back again for 2021, and this time around, all bets are off - no style is sacred, and no corners are being cut. After wowing us with Reality Dysfunction, his lacto-single hop DDH Pale Ale last year, Matt is back in the saddle once again with Conditioned Response. Opting to embrace his real passion and going for a Wheat Beer this time around, Matt has given this beer his own twist and absolutely loaded this beer to the nines with Raspberries for some tart fruitiness before reeling everything back in with a little helping of Sabro in the whirlpool. Deciding to wrap everything up in a German yeast strain, this beer is everything true to the style - tart, sweet, spritzy, with a thoroughly modern Polly's twist. Roll on Matt!
