We've said it before and we'll say it again, we're all about melding the old school with the new school here at Polly's. Those kickass pales we loved so much when we were dipping our toes into the world of craft beer get an homage once again with Columbus Ekuanot. At a strength that compliments the flavour profile each hop brings to the table, this beer is fully made for sessioning. Ekuanot brings some new school complexity with sage and eucalyptus notes before being reeled straight back in with one of our big time favourites in Columbus with a shedload of old school juicy citrus notes.
