Bursting with bright citrus notes, we conditioned our mixed fermentation sour base beer on Sicilian lemons, zest, and fresh orange juice, while a generous dry hop of Krush T90 and Azacca Cryo adds layers of tropical and stone fruit notes, balancing the tartness with a big, juicy finish.
