Who would have thought that nearly two years down the line we'd still be coming back to Citra and Simcoe? The first true juicebomb we ever brewed, and then took almost six months to achieve to the same standard again, we've decided to reel back the ABV on this hop combo back to a sessionable pale ale strength, but with the hop bill of one of our DIPAs, because why not. Two of our favourite hops in the world impart a metric tonne of umbongo levels of juice, with a touch of dankness to boot. Wrapped up in a massive lashing of LA3 for maximum haze, it's good to have this combo back.
