As we tip our caps to classic West Coast IPAs with Pressure Drop's Bosko, a burst of hop aromatics cascades over our palates. Fresh fruit, resinous pine and malt aromas captivate our senses as the amber liquid runs down our throats. Crystal malt provides a light sweetness that plays off of the fragrant hops, leading to an intensely balanced bitterness and dank finish that reminds us of the journey that IPAs have taken since Pressure Drop first opened its doors.
