Deciding to ramp up our favourite Overkill IPA meant that we could lean into its West Coast proclivities. We upped the bitterness, balanced it out with a dash of Crystal malt and threw in heaps of old school “C” hops (Chinook, Centennial and Citra) to bring you a devestating flavour profile
