We don't quite know what it is, but there's just something about our pale ales. Just floating above that 5% mark, at that wonderful ABV where they’re strong enough to maintain the mouthfeel of our bigger beers, but sessionable enough to smash a pint of. Blueland takes this theory and runs with it with aplomb - a bonafide smasher of a pale ale and perfect for the more discerning drinker; crisp but not thin, flavourful but not too off the scale on the intensity chart. Just everything working in a wonderful harmony with one another. Featuring a trio of bonafide Polly's favourite hop varietals in Simcoe, Galaxy and Citra, this beer bursts with the usual Polly's checklist - tropical, juicy vibes from Simcoe and Galaxy, but balanced out with a pithy citrus bitterness from Citra.
