We packaged last seasons Damson saison a couple of months ago, but we ran more saison back onto the spent fruit for a second extraction. We then dry hopped this with Citra. So the fruit character of the beer is lower, obviously, but the Citra compensates - aromatically it is amazing - completely pink guava. Colour is a little muted. Flavour light, refreshing halo of fruit and hops.
