Never has a fruit sour so perfectly hit that sweet spot between juicy and tart. Blood Orange has a bit of a reputation for being unpredictable but brewers keep going back to it because it has such amazing potential. Not to toot our own horn too loudly, but I reckon our team have really nailed the blood orange in our latest sour- Barracuda. Paired with passionfruit Barracuda is giving totally tropical vibes, is it beer or is it fruit juice?
