Every now and again you’ve just got to let your hair loose and go with what you do best; we may well branch out into more experimental styles, but the IPA will always be the lifeblood that runs through the veins of this brewery. Balm is our brew team doing exactly what they do best; hitting that magic 6% mark, utilizing the freshest Citra, Mosaic and Vic Secret crop they can get their hands on for a three way dance of grapefruit, mango, tangerine and fresh pineapple chunk flavour notes. All wrapped up in our signature LA3 blend for maximum suspension and mouthfeel for a beer that is 100% Polly’s.
