Can we just take a minute to appreciate just how good Azacca is? We've been massive fans of this hop lately and wanted to create a beer that is full on with the mouthfeel and showcases the flavour intensity of our new favourite hop, but not stupidly high on the ABV side of things.
We believe we've hit a happy medium with Azacca Mosaic; fluffy and thick, with stone fruit, ripe mango and pineapple notes on the palate, this beer is a gleaming showcase of what LA3 yeast can do to give our Originals range an injection of pizzazz. Low bitterness and high juice a-plenty, you'd be mistaken for pouring this with your Golden Grahams in the morning.
