Ah DDH, those three magical letters. As everybody knows, we're not shy when it comes to dry-hopping our beers, so when we double-dry hop, we go BIG.
Azacca and Ekuanot are two in-house favourites here at Polly's, Azacca being embraced much more recently, with Ekuanot being a stalwart since day one.
Expect to find a tropical fruit salad's worth of stone fruit, mango and passionfruit juiciness, backed up with just the slightest hit of hoppy bitterness that make a Polly's beer so characteristic.
