A straightforward malt base and super clean yeast profile provides the perfect platform for us to build layers of Citra, Anchovy, Nelson and Nectaron upon. A double dry hop yields plenty of grapefruit, watermelon, raspberry and pine, followed by wine grape, orange and white peach, all underpinned by a steady bitterness that leaves things crisp and refreshing.
