(BBE 06.01.22) We teamed up with fellow West Coast IPA lovers Elusive Brewing to brew a recipe that takes inspiration from our Oregon Trail and their Mu Mu Cat recipes, paying tribute to those classic piney and bitter beers that helped us discover good beer! Expect a golden coloured beer with a moderate malt profile and a good lick of bitterness. We used Chinook and Amarillo hot side before dry hopping with Simcoe, Citra and new kid on the block Talus to give the beer plenty of that piney and grapefruit character with a deeper vibe of orange citrus and delicate spice.

ROCK LEOPARD BREWING CO - We’re Rock Leopard Brewing Co and we make hand crafted beer. We don’t currently have a permanent home but we are working on it… We are getting by with a little help from our friends. With nearly twenty years of admiration of some of the best breweries and beers in the world, we feel the time is right for us to try our hand at interpreting some of these beers that we love.

As we are new, we want to get the core range right and also find a permanent home before embarking on exploring past boundaries that some may put on us. Rock Leopard is inspired by our love of the couchant noble cat and music.
