BUY TRIG BREWERY BEER

Having been involved in and around the craft beer industry since 2013, founder and chief brewer Paddy long envisioned having a brewery to call his own. In 2023, the decision was made to either take action or set the dream aside—leading to the creation of the brewery. Starting with a low-volume nanobrew kit, the brewery produces small-batch beers, allowing for experimentation, exploration, and the development of flavourful brews that prioritise quality over quantity.
