Fresh lambic wort is purchased from local producers, then aged in oak casks for varying lengths of time. The beers of differing ages are then blended to create the finished Tilquin beer. Tilquin produces some of the finest Lambic beers in the world. Their Geuze is a complex and tart blend of spontaneously fermented beers that has won numerous awards for its exceptional quality.
