CHIMAY

Brewed at the Abbey of Notre Dame de Scourmont, Chimay is perhaps the best known Trappist brewery. Their iconic Red, White and Blue are beers that have set the bar for all Trappist beers. In 75cl corked bottles, these beers become Premier, Cinq Cents and Grand Reserve, and develop a wonderul complexity with ageing.
