Bacchus are mixed fermentation Flemish brown beers, matured in oak barrels for at least 18 months to develop an iconic, slightly sour and fruity character. The beer’s blended flavours evoke a winey flavour profile, hence the name Bacchus – after the Roman god of wine and celebration.
