Crafted with the finest YCH303 trial blend of Cryo Hops from Yakima and Phantasm’s Thiol precursor, this isn’t your average front porch beer—it’s a sophisticated creation designed for the discerning palate.
We began with a dense and soft cereal base boild to support the complex mélange of hoppy flavors. The addition of torrified wheat to the grain bill ensures a fluffy structure and pale color.
This frame delivers the beer’s hop character beautifully, where aromas of tropical lollipop arise together with multiple layers of fruits such as peach, white grape, and berry thanks to the YCH303 trial hop blend addition in whirlpool, together with a mélange of Citra, Comet, Belma, Galaxy, and Topaz in the dry-hop.
