ERDINGER Dunkel is a full-bodied wheat beer with a deep, dark brown color and rich taste. A carefully chosen blend of dark malts and delicate roasting aromas create a smooth, balanced flavor. The sip reveals notes of caramel, nuts, and freshly-baked bread, plus an unmistakable top-fermenting accent provided by ERDINGER's own traditional yeast. ERDINGER Dunkel was born as a birthday present for the brewery's owner, Werner Brombach, in 1989, and was brought to the market in 1990.
