Marble began brewing in 1997 with an emphasis on high quality ingredients, hop forward thinking and an idea to create beer that people wanted to drink and talk about. Marble started small and grew into the 12 barrel plant it is today.
When setting up, Marble were inspired buy brewers such as Tony Allen and Brendan Dobbin who kept real ale alive in Manchester through thick and thin. Previous Marble staffers have gone on to breweries such as Black Isle, Thornbridge, Black Jack and Buxton. Marble Brewery to strive to give our customers all the hops they can handle! All of our beers are natural, un-pasturised and un-fined, so they may be a little cloudy but they taste great!

This mixed fermentation kettle sour is dry hopped with Citra and Amarillo; the can design channels Bridget Riley and op art for our 2018 sour range.
This session bitter leads with an initial citrus aroma that eventually gives way to a full palate and a dry, bitter finish.
Get yourself a Pint, but get it in a can. Our 3.9% session ale is brewed with an all pale malt bill and then hopped with a blend of New Zealand and US hops. Our benchmark beer promises a burst of zesty aromas, uplifting grapefruit flavours and a subtle lemongrass finish.
Brewed in collaboration with Ladies That Beer, Tenenet is a full-strength saison packed with Mosaic and Ekuanot hops. A torrent of bright tangerine, papaya and berry notes combine with peppery yeast and bready malts, finishing dry and assertively butter.
