A vatted blend of honey, locally drawn water, fermented grape juice and neutral spirits with a selection of carefully chosen spices.. Subtly blended to be served at any temperature, over ice as an aperitif or gently warmed. Add a splash of orange juice as a "punch" to banish the winter chills.
A 10% Mexican molé inspired Imperial Stout - double mashed and double brewed using 6400Kg of malt. Along with Chillies, Cacao Nibs, Cinnamon, Coriander and Pumpkin Seeds.
