Terms and ConditionsThis is the "blah blah blah" bit, which no-one ever reads in detail. So, in summary; - we will try to despatch your order within 2 working days of it being placed, or contact you and let you know about the delay. There will also be a 2 -3 day delivery time . We don't work weekends, so if you place an order on Friday, it might not be despatched until Monday; - if you live in the Highlands, or offshore,or Northern Ireland delivery will take longer and cost more; - we'll replace any breakages for free, as quickly as possible. - we strongly advise against leaving goods without a signature. We will not be liable for any losses incurred this way Prices - We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Prices shown on this site are subject to change in line with market values and currency fluctuations. All prices shown include VAT at the prevailing rate. Payment - Orders must be accompanied by either details of a valid credit card or debit card, or be accompanied by a cheque. Cheques should be made payable to BeerRitz (UK) Limited. We accept MasterCard, Switch/Maestro or Visa cards. We do not accept American Express. Delivery - Standard delivery is normally within 5 working days of the order being received by us, providing that there is no delay in cheque clearance or credit/debit card processing. Nextday delivery is available only on orders placed before midday at an additional cost of £3 per order. There is an extra charge for delivery to the Scottish Highlands. Postcode areas PH, IV, KW, FK 19-20, PA, AB 31-56 are all subject to an additional charge, usually around £20 for a standard box of 24 beers. Deliveries to Northern Ireland from an additional delivery charge of £20.Please contact us by email or phone for any enquiries. Dispatch and delivery can be subject to stock availability. If you have a deadline for delivery please advise us at the time of ordering, and please include a contact number so we can advise you if there is a problem. Any time or date given for delivery is an estimate only. Although we will make every effort to ensure delivery times are met, we do not accept liability for failure to deliver within a stated time. Title - Title is retained with BeerRitz (UK) Limited until payment in full is received, and until the customer takes final delivery of the goods. Product Specifications - We make every effort to supply the goods as shown in the catalogue or on the web site, however we reserve the right to supply goods of equal or superior quality at no extra cost, where a valid substitute is available. This condition applies to mixed cases only where one or more products from a mixed case may be unavailable. Damage in Transit - BeerRitz (UK) Limited shall replace, free of charge, goods lost or damaged in transit, providing that the Buyer shall: a. Give us notice by telephone or by fax or by mail or by e-mail, confirming the nature of loss and damage within three days of delivery, and b. Where the goods are delivered by outside carriers comply with such carrier's condition of carriage for notification of such claims. Force Majeure - BeerRitz (UK) Limited shall not be liable for the failure to fulfil any terms of any transaction governed by these conditions of sale if fulfilment has been delayed, hindered or prevented by any circumstances whatsoever which is not directly within its control. Law - This contract shall be subject to and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England If any provision in this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be deemed severed from this Agreement and this shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
